Jewelry Designs by Rebecca Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Small items will be sent to you by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All items will be insured. Shipping for larger items will be decided on a case-by-case basis. You will always receive a shipping notification from us with the delivery confirmation number. If you don't receive the shipping notification e-mail, then check your junk e-mail folder or feel free to contact us. If you live in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Metro area and need expedited delivery (e.g., "...my spouse's birthday is today!!..."), then we would be willing to personally deliver your order for a small fee.
Returns
If you find you need to return an item, then please contact us first. We need to know why it is being returned - we will only accept pre-authorized returns.
Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, then you may return any unused item within 5 business days. We will issue a full refund, minus shipping and insurance.
NOTE: Custom-made items will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of their purchase price as it may be difficult for us to sell an item that was designed and made just for you.
If, after receiving a return, we find the item has been worn and/or damaged, then your refund will be voided.
